Commercial & Public Spaces
Aukštaičių St. Law Firm
A compact 60 sq. m office where the design revolves around soft, curved forms. We deliberately moved away from sharp angles to allow the space to "flow" naturally, making movement through it intuitive and effortless. Such solutions are crucial in smaller footprints, as they help maintain visual integrity. Wood accents introduce natural warmth and coziness, while vertical lines and elongated door frames visually add height, creating a sense of a larger, more expansive environment.
The journey begins in the lounge and meeting room. These areas feature natural wood parquet—a durable and visually solid choice that seamlessly unifies the common zones. The intimate lounge area flows into the meeting room, separated from the rest of the office by elegant glass partitions.
When a quiet, focused environment is required, the space can be easily partitioned using curtain tracks. For more light and a sense of community, the curtains can be simply drawn aside, transforming the room into an open space for collaboration. This solution allows for a flexible shift in function—from private meetings to cozy, informal conversations among colleagues.
Workstations: Acoustics and Comfort. In the collective workspace, special attention was paid to acoustics. Here, carpeting was chosen to absorb sound and enhance comfort, resulting in a tranquil, low-noise environment for daily productivity.
Integrated Kitchenette. The small, concealed kitchenette is a masterclass in both aesthetics and convenience. Tucked away from immediate view, it keeps the common area clutter-free yet remains easily accessible for that essential cup of coffee.
